Oscar Lugo
Oscar founded Custom Shower Glass Doors after years of seeing the same story repeat: customers left waiting for quotes that never came, contractors stuck re-explaining the same specs to different sales reps, and a market with no accountability. His vision was clear — build a company where the customer is empowered from the very first step. Under his leadership, the real-time configurator was designed with one principle: if the customer has to ask, we've already failed them.
That principle is visible in the way the site is put together. Seven enclosure styles — single doors, door and fixed panel, sliding doors, corner showers, angle doors, fixed panels and bathtub doors — each carry their own width limits, their own measuring notes and their own hardware options, and each one prices itself as a customer fills it in. Glass thickness, hardware style and handle finish are settled on the page rather than on a call, and the number at the end is the number on the invoice.
The company works out of Tempe, Arizona and sells to homeowners and to the trade from the same catalogue and the same configurator; the only difference is the price a dealer account sees. There is no showroom, and that is deliberate. In Oscar's reading of the market, the showroom visit and the quote queue were never a service — they were the two steps that turned a decision a customer could make in minutes into one that took days.
